Sometimes you need to change your email, here is a guide on how you can change your email, either in our Support Center or in our Xolta App:
Support Center

Go to support.servicex.dk, and click on 'Log in'.

A new login page will open, and if you have not logged into the Support Center before, you just need to click on "Sign Up."

Press your name when you are logged in, and then on 'Profile'.

Press Edit profile and from there you can change Name, Email, Phone number, add a photo, add a text about yourself, and set up two-factor authentication if you want to.
- Then all you need to do is press "Save", and you are ready to get the best experience from our "Support Center", where you can seek help through help articles, chat, and at the same time have an overview of all your cases, as well as create new cases and communicate with support.
Xolta App
- Go to app.xolta.io
- If this is your first time logging in, just follow the login process.
- If you are already a registered user, continue to the next point.
- In the upper right corner, click on the 3 lines next to your name, and then on "User"
- Here, click on "Edit" under the Actions column, and change your email.
